I am extremely grateful to you all, for The care you are giving my mum. (DA) I thought she looked particularly lovely, yesterday. For her review. As she has a birthday next week, I just wanted you all to know that in Her own quiet way, she is grateful for all your care to her. I do hope everyone will enjoy eating some biscuits during your working days.

I want to tell you how appreciative I am For the warm, supporting and empathetic care you gave my mother. (JF) For us it was so much better that she died in a home and not in hospital Dying is not easy, but you allowed her comfort and dignity. I live a long way away and I comforted knowing she was in good hands. Very sincerely
